Ms. Brinzey is considered an expert in investment sales, acquisitions and asset management with an emphasis on real estate. Focused on international investors, she has developed a successful proprietary program designed to provide a turnkey solution for foreign buyers looking to invest in the US housing market.
Ms. Brinzey graduated from ORT University (BA Finance) and is a Level II, CFA Candidate. She is a licensed broker in SC and NC. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, with working knowledge of French and Italian.
She is also licensed in FL, and Certified Brokerage Manager (CRB), and Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS)
Juan Pablo O’Ryan is a strategic investor, serial entrepreneur, and co-founder and partner at Summit Properties International (SPI), a real estate investment, property management, brokerage and consulting company with assets under management exceeding 20 million dollars.
With amazing energy and great focus, he stands out for his ability to fully analize each challenge or opportunity and see each of its facets in even the most complex scenarios.
Throughout his business career, both successes and failures have given him wisdom to maximize the probabilities of success for his projects and investments. His wide experience in the process of business creation, evaluation, implementation and management in different markets makes him the ideal prson to analize each project at SPI, thereby minimizing risks and seeking the best returns for its clients according to their expectations.
Mr. O’Ryan graduated as a Commercial Engineer from the Universidad de Chile. He is married with four adult children, avid traveler and actively participates in his chuch.
